Cancellation of Orders

You have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on www.adrianbuckley.com, for a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order. Simply call us on +44 (0) 113 230 5292 and quote your order number. If the item has already been despatched, you will need to return it to us!

Return or exchange of an item

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding the original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size if preferred. This does not apply to any piercing jewellery, i.e. earrings, for hygienic reasons.

Please note:

  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
  • The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.

*Note: when trying on jewellery, please do not wear perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. Each item will have a security tag, please ensure that you do NOT remove the tag if you are not sure whether to return it or not. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where the tag has been broken/removed. The item MUST be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

Faulty Items

If the item you received is faulty, please contact us and quote your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the fault, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 7 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. If a fault appears after 7 days from receipt of the item please contact us.

I received the wrong item

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us and quote your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the detail of the item received, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
