Delivery Areas
Buckley Jewellery deliver to all of the countries included on this site, and class the United Kingdom as England, Northern Ireland, Scotland (including the Highlands and Islands) and Wales.
Packaging
All our costume jewellery comes with a free luxurious gift box. Sterling silver jewellery comes with a free silver coloured gift box.
Delivery Costs
Shopper
All orders are sent by recorded delivery, and require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure there will be someone available at the delivery address to sign for your parcel.
FREE Delivery within UK mainland for orders valued £25 and over;
£2.50 for UK (except Channel Islands) with order value less than £25;
£4.50 for all orders to Europe & Channel Islands;
£6.50 for all orders to the rest of the world.
The cost of shipping is calculated automatically on the billing page once the delivery destination is confirmed.
Orders with a value of £75 or over will be sent via recorded delivery.
Please note: Prices here are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery will be shown in your shopping basket in your local currency.
Trade
Orders under £75 (excl VAT) will be delivered via Royal Mail recorded delivery. Orders of £75 or over (excl VAT) will be delivered via TNT. A signature is required on receipt of all orders. The handling and delivery charge will be calculated once your ordered items are picked and weighed in accordance with the table below. A VAT invoice including the delivery charge will be sent to you.

Delivery Time
All paid orders will be despatched within 48 hours from our warehouse and arrive in 3 working days within the UK, 5 working days within Europe. For the rest of the world, it is likely to take up to 10 working days according to the location and the local postal services. However, during very busy periods i.e. Christmas, please allow longer.
Important: Please note that delays can occur in customs for international orders, and these delays are beyond our control. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

We are unable to change from a residential delivery address to a business delivery address once the order has been despatched.
